Administrative deadlines related to the end of 2023 - Register project hours, report holidays, RejsUD, Indfak, and Pure

2023 is close to the end and as a result of this there are many things you must be aware of and many things you must remember to do. Below you will find and overview of actions and deadlines:

Register project hours in ProjektTid (mitHR)

Make sure that you register your project hours in ProjektTid, if you work on projects demanding time registration. Project hours must be registered every month, but in connection with the end of the year it is especially important to make sure all project hours for the entire year are registered. See more at https://medarbejdere.au.dk/en/administration/hr/hr-systems/mithr/projecttime.

Report missing holidays in 2023

Make sure that all taken holidays in 2023 are registered in mitHR. At BCEs staff portal you can read more about how to and what to do, if you need to register holidays. All 2023 holidays must be registered before the end of the year.
