Secretariat Closed During Summer Weeks
The BCE Secretariat will be closed for summer vacation during weeks 29–30–31. In addition, mail services and access to buildings will be affected during the summer holiday period.
Secretariat
• Closed during weeks 29–30–31. During this period, we will not be responding to emails or phone calls. If you have matters that require our assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
Building Access
• All BCE buildings will be closed during weeks 28, 29, 30, and 31.
• Please remember to bring your access card during this period to enter the buildings.
Office Cleaning
• To avoid unnecessary cleaning, please place a post-it note on your office door indicating when the office will be empty due to vacation.
Mail
• There will be no delivery of mail or packages during weeks 28, 29, 30, and 31.
• Outgoing mail cannot be sent from the building during this time either.
• All mail and packages must be received or sent out by Friday, July 4.
