Administrative Deadlines for the End of 2025 – Register Project Hours, Report Vacation, RejsUd, IndFak, and PURE

2025 is almost over, and therefore there are many things you need to be aware of and remember to do. Below is an overview of important actions and deadlines:

Register Project Hours in ProjektTid (mitHR)

Be sure to register your project hours in ProjektTid if you are working on projects that require time registration. Project hours must be registered every month, but in connection with the year-end closing, it is especially important to ensure that all project hours for the entire year have been recorded. Report Any Missing Vacation Days in 2025

Make sure that all vacation days taken in 2025 are registered in mitHR. On the BCE staff portal, you can read more about how and what to do if you need to register vacation days. All vacation days in 2025 must be registered before the end of the year.

Settle Your Transactions/Expenses in RejsUd and Invoices in SDI

RejsUd

If expenses and credit card transactions are to be included in the 2025 accounts, they must be settled no later than Monday, 5 January 2026.

SDI

If foreign invoices and credit notes are to be included in the 2025 accounts, they must be emailed to kreditorhotline@au.dk<svg class="block h-[0.75em] w-[0.75em] stroke-current stroke-[0.75]" data-rtl-flip=""></svg>

no later than Tuesday, 6 January 2026 (remember to write “Tech-BCE 2025” in the subject line).
Suppliers must submit invoices to AU via the EAN number no later than Thursday, 8 January 2026 if the costs are to be included in the 2025 accounts.
If invoices and credit notes are to be included in the 2025 accounts, they must be processed no later than Wednesday, 14 January 2026.
