Screen glasses
Staff members at Aarhus University working in front of a computer on a regular basis are entitled to an eye test and possibly screen glasses if it is deemed necessary.
Please note that AU only covers work-related screen glasses and that you cannot be reimbursed for glasses for private use.
How to get screen glasses
- Ask Azra for assistance in measuring the work area, as specified in a requisition from either Synoptik, Louis Nielsen, or Dansk Erhvervsoptik, which you can find here under "How to make purchases under the agreement". The requisition must be signed by Azra.
- Subsequently, send the signed requisition to bce@au.dk.
- Contact the optician and remember to bring the requisition.
