Most parking lots at AU require a parking permit (find an overview of AU parking). You can create a parking permit if Aarhus University is your primary employer and your workplace is in an AU building.
You can also create parking permits for your guests via the link below, or on the tablet in the goods delivery area, room 103, building 3130. Guest parking permits are valid for one day.

Building 3130-3135, 3140 and 3142. The doors to the buildings are open every weekday from 07:30-16:00. Outside this period, the doors are opened with an access card.
Keys and access cards are ordered from and handed out by the department secretariat.
At the end of employment, keys and access cards must be returned to the department secretariat.
Regarding normal tasks (waste, technical installations, cleaning or similar), submit a request through the Dalux system.

IT Support
The nearest IT support is located in Ny Munkegade 120, building 1525, room 218.
Opening hours and support options can be found on the IT support website.
You can find a printer and various office supplies for employees in room 103, building 3130. There is also a printer in the hallway in building 3135.
The names of the printers can be found on a label on each printer.
Printer errors can be reported to the department secretariat. Remember to state the reason.
You receive and send mail in room 103, building 3130, where the department has three mailboxes:

Each employee is responsible for ensuring that cardboard waste from parcels etc. is handled correctly.
Cardboard waste is deposited in the cardboard container in the parking lot.
Paper for recycling is deposited in the black waste bins located in the hallways.

The main entrances to the building follow the normal AU opening hours. The doors open at 7.30 in the morning and close at 16.00 in the afternoon. To access the buildings outside of the opening hours, you must use your keycard.

You order a key and keycard by contacting the department secretariat.
The key and keycard must be returned to the department secretariat when the employment is terminated.

Mail is delivered to Jan Creutzberg’s office and is distributed daily in the pigeonholes in room 2.20. Outgoing mail must be placed in the mail tray in Jan Creutzberg’s office. Read more about courier services in the left menu.
Trays with paper for recycling must be emptied by the employee in the racks in room 2.20.
Each employee is responsible for ensuring that cardboard from packages, etc. is disposed of correctly. You can dispose of large pieces of cardboard in the cardboard press placed in the basement (next to Jan Creutzberg’s office).

Coffee and tea for staff is available in the kitchen in building 5794.
Staff at Åbogade can pick up one piece of fruit daily in the kitchen in building 5794.
You can find office supplies for staff on the bookshelf in the hall in building 5366.
It is not possible to receive or send ordinary mail at Åbogade 40. You can receive and send mail at Hangøvej 2, building 5250, 8200 Aarhus N or at the ADA building, room 114:

To access to the buildings in Foulum, you need an access card. You get an access card by contacting the reception in Foulum at Blichers Allé 20.

If you are interested in joining the staff association in Foulum, you must send an email to Personaleforening.Foulum.kom@au.dk. The membership fee is DKK 30 each month.
The membership gives access to various activities and events organised by the Staff Association in Foulum and to a fitness room, massage etc.
