Procedure for applications to externally funded projects at BCE

On the department's SharePoint Site you can find a video tutorial from Nat-Tech Finance on how to fill in the budget template. The video is from an information meeting where Tech Research Support also participated and informed about support options in the application process.

Assistance for a sustainable project economy

Click here for help and assistance with creating a budget with a sustainable project economy.

You can find explanations of why a sustainable project economy is important for the department, as well as examples of budgets for applications to DFF, IFD, EUDP, EU and NNF.
In addition, you can find a template that shows a sustainable distribution of direct project costs, overhead and coverage. You can download the template and insert your own figures to see the distribution you should aim for in your budget.
