Most parking spaces at AU require a parking permit. You can create a parking permit if your primary employer is Aarhus University and your workplace is in an AU building.
You can also create parking permits for your guests.
Both building 1783 (18A) and 1782 (18B) are lock the entire day, but can be accessed through the goods delivery entrance, which is located in the hallway connecting the buildings. The goods delivery entrance is open Monday to Friday, 08.00-15.00.
You must access the buildings with key. To get a key contact lab technician, Berit Thuesen, berth@eng.au.dk.
The key must be returned to Berit at the end of employment.
Regarding normal tasks (waste, technical installations, cleaning or similar), please send an email to NT-BygOest.Bygningsservice@au.dk.
In building 1783 (18A) office supplies are found in room 238 (18A.1.15).
In building 1782 (18B) office supplies are found in the hallway at the first floor.
You send and pick up mail in the mailroom, next to the goods delivery entrance in the basement, where ENG has three read trays:

Each employee is responsible for ensuring that cardboard from packages, etc. is disposed of correctly. You can dispose of large pieces of cardboard in the cardboard container outside of the goods delivery entrance between the two buildings.

The main entrances to the building follow the normal AU opening hours. The doors open at 7.30 in the morning and close at 16.00 in the afternoon. To access the buildings outside of the opening hours, you must use your keycard.

The key and keycard must be returned to the department secretariat when the employment is terminated.

Trays with paper for recycling must be emptied by the employee in the racks in room 2.20.

Coffee and tea for staff is available in the kitchen in building 5794.
Staff at Åbogade can pick up one piece of fruit daily in the kitchen in building 5794.
You can find office supplies for staff on the bookshelf in the hall in building 5366.
It is not possible to receive or send ordinary mail at Åbogade 40. You can receive and send mail at Hangøvej 2, building 5250, 8200 Aarhus N or at the ADA building, room 114:

To access to the buildings in Foulum, you need an access card. You get an access card by contacting the reception in Foulum at Blichers Allé 20.
If you need assistance with regular tasks (trash, technical installations, cleaning etc.), send an email to the building service and maintenance. Search for "#AU ØKOPLAN ST Betjent Foulum" in Outlook.
On this page you can find an overview of competencies of our technical team in Foulum. The team handles a large number of tasks on a daily basis relating to the maintenance of pilot plants, development and modification of various pilot plants and experimental setups.

Used work clothes must be placed in specific bags that are picked up once a week.
Clean work clothes are also delivered once a week.

If you are interested in joining the staff association in Foulum, you must send an email to Personaleforening.Foulum.kom@au.dk. The membership fee is 25 kr. each month.
The membership gives access to various activities and events organised by the International Club in Foulum and to a fitness room, massage etc.
