As member of staff at the Department of Biological and Chemical Engineering, you are welcome to invite guests. If you wish to invite a guest, please follow the procedure below.
Before starting the process, please make sure that your section head has approved the stay, and that your guest can finance the stay without financial support from Aarhus University.
You need to fill in the form below at least 3 months before the expected start date (applies to both EU and non-EU guests). Guest coordinator Azra Becic Brka (abb@bce.au.dk) will then start the process, and among others draft the invitation letter.
Please note that both paid and unpaid work require a Danish work permit.
At the Department of Bio- and Chemical Engineering we ONLY use our own internship agreement, which is pre-approved by the TTO, and which can only be signed by the Head of Department. The secretariat will initiate the process for the agreement.
At BCE we have a cap of 6 interns per semester. You can see the provisional status in the sheet here.
Note: It is only possible to be an Intern at BCE once.
