The current database in Workzone covers the period 2022 to the end of 2026. Every 5 years, a period change is carried out in Workzone. This is due to requirements for the delivery of data to the Danish National Archives and to ensure regular clean-up in Workzone, e.g. for GDPR reasons.

For the period 2016-2022, you can search for cases for the former School of Engineering and Department of Engineering as follows:

Cases related to the School of Engineering:

•     Enter keywords in the field "Free text"
•     Type "1945" in the field "Responsible unit"

Cases regarding the former Department of Engineering:

•     Enter keywords in the field "Free text"
•     Enter "1247" in the field "Responsible unit"

For the period 2021-22, you can search for cases from the Department of Bio- and Chemical Engineering as follows:

•     Enter keywords in the field "Free text"
•     Enter BCE's unit number 2917 in the field "Responsible unit"
